    2025 Long Island Cup – Interscholastic Chess Team Tournament (May 4, 2025)

    We are thrilled to announce the 2025 Long Island Cup, an interscholastic team chess tournament jointly hosted by CHESSanity and Long Island ChessMates (www.lichessmates.com).

    This exciting event will bring together scholastic teams from across Long Island for a day filled with strategic competition, camaraderie, and community spirit.

    Date: Sunday, May 4, 2025
    Location: George A Jackson Elementary School, Jericho, NY
    Format: Team tournament, open to grades K–12
    Awards: Trophies for top teams in each division and recognition for standout individual performers
